I like their 'fair spins' bonus
There is a wide selection of games to choose from
Some big wins happen at BGO
The customer service is a bit of a letdown for me
I would like some free euros to play with as well as free spins
As I said before, BGO was established in 2012 and had a focus primarily on Bingo. In recent times that have expanded and tried their hand at casino gaming – to great effect. The casino accepts many different currencies and is available in language including English, German, Swedish, and Norwegian. BGO continues to grow in popularity and is one of the leading names in the world of online casinos. And the evolution and development of this casino have been pretty exciting, I’m not going to lie.
Okay, so, BGO used to have a focus on Bingo, so what does that mean from a casino games perspective? Well, some people might be a little concerned at the range and quality of games offered, and that’s understandable. I had an extensive look at BGO’s game selection, and it’s pretty incredible. They have over 600 games to enjoy, including 457 slots games to choose from! Some of these slots are hugely popular titles like Golden Goddess, Guns N’ Roses, and Mega Fortune. No matter what sort of games you enjoy, you’ll be able to find something of interest at BGO.
I think, what I love so much about this casino is the sheer range of games they have to choose from. Working with some of the best and biggest names in the world of online casinos gaming, BGO has consistently provided an excellent selection of popular and world-renowned games. There are also over 60 wicked table games to sample – I suggest you try out the Penny Roulette, it’s heaps of fun. There is also a fantastic Live Casino here with some awesome games, like Live Casino Hold’em and Live 7 Seat Baccarat.
Unlike many online casinos that only partner with one or two software suppliers, BGO has joined with multiple industry heavyweights to provide some of the best games on the market. Companies including Playtech, IGT, Quickspin, NextGen Gaming, Endemol Games, and NetEnt are just some of the biggest names to join with BGO. The software they use ensures quality and plenty of choice at all times – this definitely gets me excited about what this casino has to offer.
Winnings & Payouts
There isn’t a Winners Table on the site, but there is a bar running along screen just above the game tabs, that shows some of the current winners and how much they’ve scooped. For instance, I can see that a player named Khalid A won €27,900 playing Live Roulette! Jaroslaw M scooped an incredible €100,000 playing on the game Wild Times, while there are other winnings in the tens of thousands as well. I can also click on the Jackpot tab, and be taken to almost 100 jackpot games. Many of these give you lots of opportunities to win big playing on some of the most exciting and fun games on the market.
BGO have also made sure they have some pretty great banking options as well. There are a lot of the usual options here for deposits and withdrawals, including iDebit, Skrill Citadel, PaySafeCard, and Neteller. You have a limit of 10 withdrawals per day, and SSL technology is used to keep your data and information as safe as possible. BGO offer a 24-hour pending period on withdrawals, where you can choose to cancel them should you wish to. Funds can take between 3-5 days to show in your account if you use a card, which seems quite a long time, but bank transfer and EWallets can speed up the process.
Customer Service at BGO
I would argue that customer service is the one area that lets BGO down, and it’s a shame. The Help tab takes players to the customer support section. Here they offer a detailed FAQ section, as well as Terms & Conditions, and a contact section. Here you can email or call the casino to discuss issues. The email support is okay, if underwhelming, but, the biggest issue is the Live Chat. This function is only available to people who have signed in at the casino, and it isn’t 24-hour. There are also regularly issues with connecting to chat, and BGO actually switches off the chat function during periods of high volume queries!!!
BGO Mobile Casino
Like all leading casinos, BGO has a wonderful mobile setup, and it’s important to experience it. So I downloaded the app and made sure I had instant access at any time. The mobile site looks great scaled down, and there are plenty of cool games to choose from. I would certainly recommend the mobile app to anyone who has a busy life on the move, but who also understands the need for instant gaming.
Appearance matters a lot when judging online casinos. The trouble is, what we think of an appearance is totally subjective, so I can only go with my personal opinion. And, I think BGO has a fantastic visual aesthetic, they’ve clearly really gone out of their way to make sure the site looks as good as possible. It’s really smart and appealing, and they’ve managed to get a lot of detail in without making it overwhelming. I like the blue space down each side of the screen, it makes there seem like there is a lot more space, and that’s a positive. Right across the top you can log in, join, change the language, or watch the casino advert (which I would recommend).
Underneath this is a black bar displaying the BGO logo, as well as funky menu tab for specific areas of the casino. Move down, and you get a box showcasing the different promotions that are available to members. Below this, we have a white bar with game tabs running along it, and underneath, tiles for each game. They are colourful, attractive, and interesting, and organised into sections. Below the games is a black bar with tabs for details about BGO, responsible gaming, promotions, help, and a blog! Then they’ve displayed text describing their Welcome Bonus underneath this so you can read about it immediately. This is a great looking site that manages to get everything right, and, though it flirts with overdoing it a little, it never goes too far.
BGO is an excellent casino, flawless in so many ways, and with some of the best games on the market. Their website looks great, and they have an attractive array of bonuses to choose from. But, the thing that lets them down is the awkward Live Chat, that isn’t 24-hour, and can only be accessed by logging in.
